PRODUCT OVERVIEW
An electric heating storage tank built in three layers: an inner product-contact shell, a heating layer and an insulated stainless-clad outer shell. Temperature is set and displayed on a stainless steel control box mounted on the tank side. Suited to products that must be held warm or heated during storage, such as syrups, oils, detergents and cosmetic liquids. The mobile version can be moved between production areas.
STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION
Three-layer construction: the inner shell contacts the product, the heating layer raises and holds temperature, and the insulation reduces heat loss while lowering the outer surface temperature. A stainless steel control box with a digital temperature controller and switch indicators is mounted on the tank. The tank is fitted with a quick-opening clamped lid, side handles and a bottom outlet valve, and can be supplied on castors or on fixed legs.
